The room was very clean upon arrival. I found the bed to be quite comfortable. The staff were available to answer my questions about local restaurants. I appreciated the prompt attention to requests.

unclean carpets strong smell
the entrance felt quite unwelcoming, a group congregated there smoking. the overall cleanliness was a concern. the entrance area reeked, and the carpets looked unclean. our room was cramped and felt damp, with a strong smell of disinfectant. (it was clearly used to mask something worse.)

small tv unclean toilet
the room was not very clean the tv was small and it lacked a remote i also noticed the sink was quite dirty plus a piece of the wood trim had detached i was on the top floor staying in a family room and we had to use a shared shower and toilet which also suffered from a lack of cleanliness

helpful staff local shop amazing host comfortable bed
The staff are so helpful. They had useful information about local shops plus restaurants. The hosts are really amazing. I found the bed was really comfortable.
I had to wait a bit at check-in.
